Yesterday, I spent the afternoon and early evening with my best friend and friends in the RV they’re travelling across the country in, saw more good friends and met the Invisible Children roadies I’ll be seeing nearly every evening this upcoming week at screenings, had a wonderful pasta potluck dinner, got perfect snow cones at nearly ten pm, went to Walmart strictly for tea, watched the Thunder put a beat-down on the Lakers in a jacuzzi with the neighbourhood, and skyped with a birthday boy.At three this-morning, Taylor and I awoke from about an hour of sleep to go back downtown for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon that my dad ran in.
I did all of this in exchange for attending my senior prom- and I couldn’t be more satisfied about it.

I’ve never been so proud of a hometown team. Hey Thunder, way to kick ass.
